What product links can I submit?
Use a supported Taobao or 1688 product link. If a link cannot be retrieved, contact support before paying.
What fees do I need to pay?
You pay the product cost, any China domestic delivery charged by the seller, optional service fees you select, and international shipping after warehouse arrival.
What does “free shipping” on the product page mean?
It normally refers only to the seller’s domestic delivery to the YANCHAO China warehouse. It does not include international shipping.
Can I confirm the product before purchase?
Yes. Review the product information, selected options, quantity and displayed cost before submitting the purchase order.
How do I ship products after they reach the warehouse?
Select the arrived parcels, request consolidation, choose an available route and pay the international shipping fee. Check available routes
